I started in Commercial Real Estate back 1995 as a leasing agent. I then got into property management by working for an individual owner and then started another company's property management division and grew it to the point of managing over 46 shopping centers. In April 2002 I started CR Property Services, Inc. with the goal to provide the quality of service that I felt should be provided.
Marianne has over 15 years of executive administrative experience, and she assists Brian with various aspects of the business, to include customer service, marketing, property management, accounting and administrative matters.
Lisa has been in property management for 6 years and received her Real Estate license in 2003. Lisa has worked in many property management capacities at CR Property Services. currently she oversees all accounting tasks as the company controller and is responsible for auditing all internal procedures.
Vicki has over 20 years of residential & commercial property management experience. Vicki started with a very small multi-family community where her responsibilities were handling property management, small maintenance repairs and landscaping needs. Vicki utilized her knowledge & experience to venture into larger multi-family communities and multi-owner investors. Vicki expanded further into commercial property management, which encompassed shopping centers of various sizes, as well as large office buildings. Vicki's current focus with CR Property Services Inc. is office buildings, shopping centers and industrial properties.
Mary West received her Real Estate license in Phoenix, Arizona, in 2000. Prior to that, Mary had been in the real estate sector since 1984. Mary has extensive experience in real estate, property management and leasing. Currently, Mary is a team member of CR Property Services as the Residential Leasing Agent.
Amy received her real estate license in 2005 and has real estate experience in varied areas, such as REO, Short Sales and property management experience. Amy also holds a Paralegal degree. Currently, Amy is a team member of CR Property Services as a residential property manager.
Maria Quintero – Accounting
Maria has 10 years of accounting experience in the property management industry. Maria has been with CR Property Services, Inc. for 3 years, and she is our lead bookkeeper, handling financial statements, owner draws and research, as well as owner questions regarding accounting issues.
Ian is an ASU Alumni of WP Carey School of Business and successfully graduated with his Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate. Ian has over 6 years of real estate related experience, and is now a team member of CR Property Services as a commercial leasing agent.
