My wife and I have been using the property Management services of CR Property Services for the past five years. In particular, Skyann is my property manager and has done an excellent job preparing my property for rent. She treated it as her own home and has made me feel that I am a V.I.P. customer. I imagine our property is small in comparison to CR's overall portfolio, but it still gets the attention required. All tenants are pleased with the routine on-site property visits to ensure the property is in the best shape possible. You are able to achieve this all the while staying within operating budgets.
