Our residential division manages and leases single family homes, small apartment complexes and medium size apartment complexes. We help you in managing and leasing your investment. Our goals are to maximize your profit (we look at both the short term and long term picture), keep you out of legal trouble, and take the stress and worry off your shoulders.

Our management fee structure is simple and without all of the gotcha fees that many other companies charge.

Single Family Home fee structure

• One time $100 set up fee per owner.
• $5% ($400 min) leasing fee, that we earn once we
• find a tenant for your house and the tenant moves in and pays rent.
• 9.5% monthly management fee on the income collected ($50 min).
• You can call the office and speak to a live person who can give you the answers that you are looking for.

We do NOT

• We do not charge a fee for putting up a sign.
• We do not charge a fee for listing your house on MLS
• We do not charge a check writing fee
