We provide property management and leasing services for properties throughout the Flagstaff area, including the surrounding communities. Our company is based on the idea that Customer Service is the key to keeping our clients happy and our business growing. We expanded into the Flagstaff area because we saw the need to provide the professionalism and accountability of a large company, while giving you with the personalization and Customer Service of a small company.

Leasing: We don't take a passive role in marketing your property. We will put a sign up on every property, and list it on our web site like most of the other companies do. However we go beyond that passive approach. These days, the majority of people looking to rent a house are searching online first. We also list all of our properties with the largest and most powerful web-sites out there for rental properties. We don't wait for the tenants to find us, we go after them.

Property Management: We look after your property with the eyes of how to maximize your profit, both in the short and long term. Repairs requests are responded to quickly. This keeps tenants happy, reduces the potential increase in cost of the problem, and limits your liability. Of course if the repair is something that the tenant caused then we will charge back the bill to them. We only make repairs that are absolutely necessary.

Types of Properties: We manage and lease investment real estate. This incudes both residential properties as well as commercial properties. Our residential team manages houses, condos, townhouses, small and medium sized apartment complexes, and manufactured homes. Our commercial team manages shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial properties.

Accounting / Record Keeping: We use property management specific software. We send out monthly management statements at the beginning of each month and they generally go out by the 5th business day of the month. This way you can look at the calendar and know when to expect to receive your monthly statement from us with your check. We keep very detailed records both of the accounting as well as of your property. We have a detailed photo file for each property as well as a log of repairs and other items. We also allow tenant to pay their rent online.
