CR Property Services, Inc. started out as a company that was focused on property management only. After many of our clients repeatedly asked us to handle the leasing of their properties we expanded into leasing and subsequently into sales. One of our strengths is that since we are first and foremost a property management company. This makes us look at your property from a management and owner point of view. Our property managers constantly talk with our leasing agents. This communication between them helps the leasing agents find better tenant mixes for your property. It also allows the leasing agents to help structure the deals while keeping in mind how it will affect the property over the long term.

The above fee structure is for commercial properties only (shopping centers, office buildings and industrial buildings). It does not apply to any other type of properties.
We do manage a number of properties that fall under the $10,000/mth category, however we need to evaluate each property individually.
We provide free due diligence work when we are selected as the property management for your commercial property.
