CR Property Services, Inc. started out as a company focused on property management company. After many of our clients repeatedly requested that we do the leasing for their properties, we then expanded into leasing and subsequently into helping owners acquire and sell commercial properties. Since we started as a property management company and that is where our mindset is, when you ask for a recommendation on a leasing matter we will be looking at it from a point of view of a property manager. Thus we will be giving you an opinion after having considered how it will affect the property over the long term.

The above fee structure is for commercial properties only (shopping centers, office buildings and industrial buildings). It does not apply to any other type of properties.
We do manage a number of properties that fall under the $5,000/mth category, however we need to evaluate each property individually.
We provide free due diligence work when we are selected as the property management for your commercial property.
