CR Property Services, Inc. was founded by Brian Kloft. Brian started off in commercial leasing, but he quickly transitioned into property management. After Brian had managed and leased properties for a while he got the opportunity to start up a major commercial leasing company's property management division. He grew this management company to the point of managing more than 46 commercial properties. When Brian decided to open up his own company, he decided to expand beyond just commercial properties and include all investment properties. Brian felt that there were many owners that owned many different types of investment real estate at the same time, and that they should be able to have one company take care of their entire portfolio.

CR Property Services, Inc. was started in March of 2002. The goal was to focus on property management for commercial and residential properties. Property management is an often overlooked, almost after-thought, for many investors. CR Property Services is dedicated to helping investors manage their properties.

Since our origination in 2002, we had many clients repeatedly requesting that we lease their properties and thus we broadened our services to include leasing, maintenance, and sales (commercial properties only). Our primary goal is to help clients with all aspects of their properties. Since we are well versed in both commercial and residential real estate, investors with multiple types of properties (i.e., single family homes, apartments, shopping centers, industrial buildings, office complexes) now have one company who can both manage and lease their entire portfolio.

In 2009 we expanded our services to the Flagstaff AZ area. We expanded into the Flagstaff area because we saw the need to provide the professionalism and accountability of a large company, while giving clients the personalization of a small company. We do this all while making Customer Service out top priority.

Our offices are located in north central Phoenix and in Flagstaff AZ. This enables us to serve the entire Phoenix Metro area, as well as Flagstaff and the surrounding cities.
